The first step is creating a profile of the Superintendent and creating a job posting, in order to accomplish that the Board of Education is soliciting community, staff and student input. Please respond to this short survey to express the characteristics and traits that you think will be important for the new superintendent to possess.

February 16th - Millis Letter of Retirement
February 18th: MCS Board of Education hires Paul Hungerford to lead superintendent search efforts.
March 16th: Workshop #1
March 19th: Community Input Survey
April 6th (week of): Workshop #2 - Survey Results, Candidate selection, job posting, advertising strategies
April 13 - Posting released
Superintendent Selection Criteria
May 15 - Application deadline
May 18 - Selection of candidates
May 27 and 28 - First round interviews
June 2 - 2nd round interviews, selection of candidate
July 1 - start day
